The Midas team on W Ben White has helped with my car several times now & I'm always so thankful for their support. If you need an honest mechanic, you should definitely visit Kim and his team. They’re fast, reliable, friendly & always have good music playing. 10/10 would recommend to my family & friends!

I went during my lunch break for an oil change and I was out within an hour. I made it back to work with time to spare. Everyone was nice and friendly, and prompt. The price for a full synthetic oil change is the lowest I’ve seen! I will definitely go back for my next oil change.

Great service at this Midas location! Staff is so friendly - my last time coming in I brought in a Groupon deal and they told me next time to bring in the Groupon and they will do their best to either match or give a better deal. They did absolutely that today for my oil change. They’ve definitely got a repeat customer. They are also so FUN to talk to. Great team.

DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this Midas location. I went in for a simple oil change and was told that both of my front struts were “100% busted,” that it was an emergency, and that I needed to replace them immediately. The estimate started at around $1,800. Then the general manager, Kim, said he was doing me a favor by lowering it to $1,150 out the door. I was also pressured to finance the repair and told that the price couldn’t be held unless I put down a $200 deposit. Later, Kim said he would hold the quote for 24 hours without a deposit “as a favor.” Something didn’t feel right, so I got second opinions from two independent mechanics. Both told me that my struts do not need to be replaced. They explained that the only issue was the protective dust boots, which help keep dirt out, and that the struts themselves were not failed or close to failing. As someone who isn’t a mechanic, I relied on the information I was given, and I left feeling like I was being pressured into an expensive repair that wasn’t actually necessary. Whether it was a misdiagnosis or something else, being told a repair is an emergency when two o

I highly don't recommend this place. Once I arrived, I wasn't even greeted or talk to and had to wait for about 10 minutes to even get any help from the front desk as the service was fairly quick after I got helped. My issue is that they were trying to upsell me on services that I don't need telling me that I need new brake pads and rotors when I have recently replaced the brake pads a week ago. and the rotors have wear but no signs of any type of damage or them being warped. I have been a ASE under car specialist for past the 10 years and I already knew that the repairs they were trying to tell me that needed to be done on my vehicle was not valid. I just wanted to get an oil change done for the convenience since I was in the area and didn't have time to do the oil change myself, but as soon as I drove down the street the inside of my car automatically started smelling like oil. which made me question the quality of work that has been done on my car. Either oil has been spilled in the engine bay or something else that could be of concern. so I pulled over to a gas station, open the hood and found that my oil cap was on my hood latch with a bunch of oil splattered on the inside of
